Appellant herein was convicted of aiding and abetting in the commission of a burglary and of having been previously convicted of a felony, and was sentenced to a term of not less than fifteen nor more than thirty years for the crime of aiding and abetting, and was convicted of being an habitual criminal under Â§ 6-10, W.S. 1957, 1973 Cum.Supp., having been three times previously convicted of felonies before his conviction under the first count, and was sentenced to life imprisonment on this charge. It is from this judgment and sentence he has appealed.
